Terms of service

Last updated: 1 November 2026. These terms govern your use of Rewatch, a service of Wrenton SAS (see the legal notice). By using Rewatch you accept them.

1. The service

Rewatch is an AI studio for short videos and music. From a line of text or a photo, it makes songs, music videos (Music + Clip), talking AI scenes (AI Video) and photo trends (Photo Trends). Studio Pro lets you pick the AI model yourself and make videos and images, apply effects, use tools such as upscaling or voiceover, and keep the same characters across creations (Cast). Results are produced automatically by AI models and can vary; we do not guarantee that a clip will reach any number of views.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to buy credits. Rewatch is not directed at children.

3. Credits and payment

• Credits are sold as one-time packs or through a monthly plan, paid through Stripe. Credits do not expire, are kept if you cancel, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Each format shows its price in credits before you create (for example 10 credits for a song, 15 for a music clip, 35 to 45 for an AI video, 12 for a photo trend). Prices in credits may change for new creations.
• Monthly plans renew automatically each month at the price shown when you subscribed, and add their credits at each renewal. You can cancel at any time from My creations (Manage plan); the plan then stops at the end of the month already paid, with no further charge.
• If a creation fails, the credits used are returned automatically.
• Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, you ask us to start delivery at purchase and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law once the credits are added to your balance. A pack or the first month of a plan can still be refunded within 14 days on request if none of its credits has been used.

4. What you can do with your clips

Subject to these terms, Wrenton SAS grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual licence to use, post, monetise and edit the songs and clips you make with paid credits, including for commercial purposes. Free clips can be posted with the Rewatch watermark, for non-commercial use. AI-generated works may not be protected by copyright in every country and similar outputs can be generated for other users.

If you choose to post a creation to Explore, you allow Wrenton SAS to show it on rewatchai.com, with the line it was made from, and to let other users make their own version of it. We check posts before they appear and may remove any post. You can remove yours at any time from the Studio.

Invite programme: when someone opens your invite link and makes their first credit purchase, you and they each receive 50 bonus credits. Bonus credits have no cash value. Inviting yourself, using fake accounts or reselling invites is not allowed, and we may remove bonus credits obtained this way.

5. What you cannot make

• Content about or imitating a real person, including their voice or likeness, without their permission.
• Copies or imitations of existing songs, lyrics, characters or brands you do not own.
• Hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or illegal content, or content aimed at children's harm.
• Spam or deceptive content, including content presented as real when it is AI-generated.

We may refuse a request, remove a clip or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund of the credits used.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for what you post and must follow the rules of the platforms you post on, including their AI-content labelling rules.

7. Liability

Rewatch is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Wrenton SAS is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

8. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers may also use the EU online dispute resolution platform and keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence. Contact us first at [email protected].
